After a challenging period we experienced with a number of other Home Health Aides, our family was Blessed to find Ms. Reed who provided excellent home health services for our mother who suffered from Alzheimer’s/dementia. Ms. Reed proved to be trustworthy and provided my mother with excellent in home care. She had the excellent qualities we were looking for in the care of our loved one. Ms. Reed exhibited extremely attentive care and became like a granddaughter to our mother.

One of the many incidences of her high-quality care I particularly recall is when Ms. Reed observed my mother not being as physical active as she usually was. She immediately called me to relay her observation.

After receiving her description of my mother’s inactivity, her doctor asked her to be immediately taken to the ER at the hospital. She was diagnosed and required an immediate placement of a pacemaker. The doctor advised us that if my mother had not been brought in and treated immediately she would not have survived another day. I believe that Ms. Reed’s keen observance of my mother’s condition and follow up call to me saved my mother’s life.
